When will my order arrive?

Delivery timing depends on the pieces and destination. Check the available estimate at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT; outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply in your country.

How does Get Moussewear(ed) work?

Choose a look, select your sizes and add all its pieces together. The complete-look price is shown beside the separate-item total. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Contact us first with your order number; some pieces return to different studios and we’ll send the right address. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if something arrives faulty or wrong, it’s on us.

Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Our pieces are made and packed by a small network of specialist partners. If your order includes items from different partners, they travel separately.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Every method shown at the foot of this page and at checkout. Checkout is hosted and encrypted by Shopify; we never see your card details.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size guide on our help page. Our pieces are cut relaxed; if you’re between sizes, choose your usual size.
