When will my order arrive?

Orders are delivered in 8–12 business days, including processing. Every product page shows the current delivery window, and we email tracking as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

A flat €1,99 per order, wherever we deliver and however many pieces you choose. You’ll see the exact total before you pay. Prices include VAT; outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply in your country.

How does “any 3 for 10%” work?

Add any 3 or more pieces from any collection. 10% comes off your products automatically at checkout, no code needed. It can’t be combined with other product or order discounts and doesn’t apply to shipping.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Contact us first with your order number; some pieces return to different studios and we’ll send the right address. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if something arrives faulty or wrong, it’s on us.

Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Our pieces are made and packed by a small network of specialist partners. If your order includes items from different partners, they travel separately, still for one flat shipping price.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Every method shown at the foot of this page and at checkout. Checkout is hosted and encrypted by Shopify; we never see your card details.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size guide on our help page. Our pieces are cut relaxed; if you’re between sizes, choose your usual size.

Order today and it arrives in 8–12 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships; mixed orders may arrive in separate parcels, still for one price.

Prices include VAT. Outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply in your country; they are separate from the shipping price.
