Delivery times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days to every destination from placing your order to receiving it, depending on the supplier. This estimate includes order processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; we will let you know if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping costs €1.99 per order across all products and delivery destinations available at checkout. This is one flat charge for the whole order, including orders with items from different suppliers, with no minimum order value. The shipping total is shown at checkout before payment. Product availability and delivery options are confirmed at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are not included in the shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless they are collected at checkout.

Separate deliveries

Products are shipped by our fulfilment providers. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. Your order is still charged only one €1.99 standard shipping fee.
